Caravan Repair Technician

RV Solutions WA is growing, and we’re looking for another Workshop Technician to join our Rockingham team.

We operate one of WA’s largest caravan repair workshops and have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, customer service and industry experience.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems and being part of a team that takes pride in doing the job properly.

Caravan repairs and fit outs involve a wide mix of trades, so you won’t be doing the same task every day.

Depending on your skills and experience, your work may include:

• Caravan repairs and general maintenance

• Cabinetmaking and custom joinery

• Low-voltage electrical work

• Plumbing repairs and installations

• Sheet metal work and fabrication

• Mechanical repairs

• Accessory installations and upgrades

• Interior and exterior fit outs

• Fault finding and problem solving

• Insurance and accident repairs

You don’t need experience in every area.

If you have strong practical skills, take pride in your workmanship and are willing to learn, we can train you in the parts of the role you haven’t done before.

Trade experience is highly regarded, particularly in areas such as:

• Cabinetmaking or carpentry

• Mechanical or automotive work

• Auto electrical or electrical work

• Plumbing

• Fabrication or sheet metal

• Caravan, RV or marine repairs

We’re also interested in applicants who may not hold a formal trade qualification but have strong practical skills and relevant workshop experience.

Our Rockingham facility has been built specifically for caravan servicing, repairs, fitouts and insurance work.

You’ll have the space, equipment and support needed to do your job properly.

Caravans combine mechanical, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, fabrication and construction work.

It’s a good role for someone who likes variety and wants to keep building their practical skills.

We’re happy to train good people.

You may already be strong in one trade and want to develop skills in other areas of caravan repair and fitout work.

• Full-time position

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am to 4:00pm

• Overtime available

• Hourly rate + overtime, depending on experience and skill level
