Warehouse Store Person - Afternoon Shift

Storeperson- Dandenong South | Stable, Long-Term Opportunity

Permanent Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, no weekend work.

O’Kelly is a well-established, family-owned packaging and business supplies company with more than 30 years of growth behind us and operations across Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

We run a fast-paced operation and take pride in doing things properly. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Storeperson to join our Melbourne warehouse team on the Afternoon shift, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, all-round warehouse role working as part of a busy team responsible for keeping stock moving accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks

• Dispatching orders and preparing freight

• Stock control, replenishment and inventory consolidation

• Processing warehouse transactions through our WMS

• Maintaining accurate stock movements and warehouse records

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

• Working with the wider warehouse team to meet daily deadlines and service requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, works hard and takes responsibility for getting the job done properly.

You will bring:

• A current Forklift Licence

• High Reach forklift experience, preferred

• Previous warehouse or storeperson experience

• A proactive, hands-on attitude

• Strong reliability and punctuality

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse

• Confidence working to deadlines and daily targets

• The ability to meet the physical and manual handling requirements of the role

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• WMS experience, with Pronto experience advantageous
