We’re currently searching for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Canning Vale team. This is a fast-paced store environment where strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service are key to success.

With an extensive range of sports nutrition, vitamins, and health products, a solid understanding of supplements and the health & fitness industry will be highly regarded.

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Canning Vale store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and product recommendations
• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team
• Managing inventory, stock control, and merchandising standards
• Overseeing rosters, administration, and store presentation
• Driving sales, local marketing initiatives, and social media engagement
• Achieving and exceeding store KPIs and performance targets

Please note: You will be required to work a Sunday to Thursday or a Tuesday to Saturday roster, factoring in at least one weekend shift with two consecutive days off.

• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Knowledge of supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)
• Understanding of sports nutrition and wellness products
• Nutrition or fitness-related qualifications (a bonus)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
