We are a boutique cleaning company specialising in the meticulous care of luxury private homes across Melbourne's premium suburbs. Client satisfaction is our absolute top priority. We execute elite maintenance routines designed specifically for high-end properties, and we also partner with premium property developers to shine up architectural new builds for high-stakes real estate viewings.

• Premium Pay: Starting at $36.00/hr + superannuation with clear pathways to higher pay rates.

• Work-Life Balance: Weekdays ONLY (mostly 8am to 5pm). No nights and required weekend availability is very rare.

• No Car Required: All vehicles for team transport are fully supplied by the company.

• Consistent Hours: Work 3 to 5 days per week (your choice). Expect 30 hours weekly if working 5 days.

• Loyalty Bonuses: Generous financial incentives payable at your 6 and 12-month milestones.

• Zero Overhead: No ABN required. We are a fully insured company providing premium uniforms and top-of-the-line equipment.

• Time-Capped Excellence: Work quickly and efficiently to complete high-standard cleans within strictly structured time limits.

• The Final Presentation: Present premium spaces beautifully, ensuring counter items and decor are arranged to look intentionally tidy.

• Operational Discipline: Arrive early, fully prepped, and manage top-of-the-line equipment with care.

• The Vibe: A great sense of humour and a true love for cleaning—you take real pride in transforming spaces.

• The References: At least 12 months of residential cleaning experience backed by extensive, verifiable professional references (Airbnb experience is a plus).

• The Language: Fluent English communication skills are strictly required for seamless team coordination and client interaction.

• The Transport: A full driver’s licence is highly preferred to assist with team movements, though not mandatory for the absolute right candidate.

• The Pace & Focus: Fit, energetic, highly fast-paced, and able to meet tight, structured property time limits.

• The Profile: Reliable, trustworthy, highly professional, and immaculately well-presented.

• Availability: Must be available between 6:30am and 5pm on your chosen working days (mostly 8am to 5pm, but occasionally required from 6:30am).

• Compliance & Commitment: Valid Australian working rights, a current Police Check, and a commitment to at least 12 months (unlocking your big bonuses).
