An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded Strategy Business Partner to work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, translating corporate strategy into actionable business initiatives that drive performance, growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and business leaders to develop strategic plans and long-term roadmaps.
• Prepare business cases, board papers, presentations and executive recommendations.
• Analyse business performance, market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Finance, People, Product and Technology.

About You

• Experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Management Consulting.
• Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience working in a complex, highly regulated or corporate environment will be highly regarded.
