Warehouse Operations Assistant

TLE Wetherill Park are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operations Assistant to join their growing team. This newly created role has been introduced to support business growth and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career.
  
What you'll be doing:

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders while receiving, unloading and organising incoming stock.
• Assist with inventory control, stock counts and general warehouse operations.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation and record keeping.
• Support the office team with customer orders, paperwork and daily administration.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, organised workplace and assist with occasional branch support duties as required.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, logistics or administration role highly regarded.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to get involved wherever needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills and confidence completing administrative tasks.
• Driver's licence required. Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
• Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
