Meta Specialist – Organic and Paid

We manage paid media for a strong client base spanning ASX-listed companies, government, education, resources, logistics and retail sector. The budgets are significant and the accountability is real.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own campaign delivery across a varied portfolio. You’ll be hands-on in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to make decisions on where budget is best spent.

What you’ll do

• Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and potentially Google (if experienced)
• Manage client budgets and pacing, and make confident calls on allocation
• Turn performance data into clear, well-reasoned recommendations
• Shape creative strategy for paid and organic content and write ad copy that converts
• Keep clients and internal teams informed with timely, clear communication
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3 years’ paid media experience (agency background preferred)
• A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Genuine comfort with data and the ability to draw insight from it
• Solid budget management
• Platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager and GA4 (Google Ads a strong advantage)
• Creative thinking and confident copywriting
• Sharp problem-solving and strong time and project management
