Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager - Multi Franchise Dealership

Chery Melbourne City & Lepas Melbourne City are looking for an experienced and driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead and grow our pre-owned operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who knows how to lead a team, drive results, manage stock and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day pre-owned operation, working closely with the Dealer Principal and senior management team to maximise sales, profitability, stock turn and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, coach and motivate the pre-owned sales team

• Drive monthly sales, gross profit and stock turn targets

• Manage pre-owned stock acquisition, pricing and merchandising

• Monitor ageing stock and develop strategies to maximise profitability

• Manage online enquiries, leads and follow-up processes

• Ensure vehicles are presented to a high retail standard

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and drive repeat/referral business

• Work closely with Finance, Service and Detail teams

• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting

• Ensure CRM processes and dealership standards are consistently followed

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a senior pre-owned sales role

• Strong understanding of used vehicle buying, pricing and stock management

• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Results-driven with a strong focus on gross profit and volume

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
