Life Interiors is looking for passionate, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join us in our Melbourne Showroom.

If you love interiors, enjoy helping customers create beautiful spaces and know how to turn conversations into sales, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't a transactional retail role.

Our retail and trade clients  are furnishing homes, making significant purchasing decisions and looking for guidance from people who genuinely care about helping them achieve the right outcome.

We are looking for a confident, design-savvy & high-performing Sales Consultant who loves people and interiors.

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional showroom experience

• Provide furniture and styling advice tailored to each customer's needs

• Build genuine relationships that convert enquiries into sales

• Assist customers with everything from single pieces to complete room solutions

• Generate and follow up quotes

• Work towards individual and team sales targets

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Develop strong product knowledge across local and international furniture brands

About You

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, furniture, interiors or similar customer-facing roles

• Passion for interior design, styling and home furnishings

• Strong customer service skills combined with commercial awareness

• Confident building rapport and influencing purchase decisions

• A natural communicator who enjoys working with people

• Positive, proactive and motivated to achieve results

• Comfortable working with sales systems and technology

• Available to work weekends
