About the role:

As an Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering excellence in early childhood education at our campus. You’ll contribute to shaping practices that meet and exceed national standards—creating enriching, high-quality learning experiences for every child.

What You’ll Do

• Inspire Learning: Implement the EYLF and NQS, embedding best practices in your daily teaching and interactions with children.

• Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with colleagues to design engaging curriculums, use intentional teaching strategies, and reflect on practices to enhance learning outcomes.

• Contribute to Quality: Support the continuous improvement of our service by contributing ideas and reflections to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

• Engage in Professional Growth: Participate in professional learning opportunities and team discussions that foster innovation, reflection, and a shared commitment to excellence.

• Create Inspiring Environments: Design and maintain inclusive, engaging learning spaces that reflect children’s interests, developmental stages, and cultural backgrounds—where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.

• Promote Child Safety: Model and uphold child-safe behaviours, actively contribute to a culture of safety, and ensure all practices align with the Child Safe Standards.

Qualification and requirements:

• Cert 3 or above in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA assessed equivalent

• Valid and current WWCC

• An understanding of the VEYLF, NQS and relevant state and national regulations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Holds current and up to date Mandatory reporting, first aid and Food handling certificates.

• Full Australian Working Rights

• Willing to obtain a National Criminal history check
