About the role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll work closely with multiple teams to coordinate administrative activities, assist customers, prepare documentation and resources, and contribute to the smooth running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives on variety, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, clients, and stakeholders across a range of services

• Provide administrative support across training, events, customer service, operations, and general office functions

• Coordinate administrative activities with multiple teams

• Assist customers and prepare documentation and resources

• Help ensure teams deliver an outstanding experience to the community
