About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our Operations team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Corporate Quality Manager, this role will provide administration, governance and continual improvement of business systems across corporate and project operations.

You will play a key role in managing and maintaining business platforms including SharePoint, document management systems, workflow automation tools and reporting solutions, ensuring systems are reliable, compliant, secure and effectively support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain business systems including SharePoint, document management platforms, workflow automation tools and reporting solutions
• Manage project document control across the full lifecycle, including registers, workflows, approvals, distribution and close-out
• Maintain SharePoint structures, permissions, links and document libraries to ensure information is current, accessible, accurate and easy to locate
• Configure workflows, approval processes and Power Automate solutions to improve efficiency, reporting capability and system adoption
• Manage user access, system permissions, testing, validation, upgrades and releases across assigned business systems
• Provide training, guidance, user support and communications to promote consistent and effective use of business systems across projects and departments
• Support audit readiness, business reporting, data integrity and continual improvement initiatives through effective system administration and governance

About you

• Experience administering business systems, SharePoint or document management platforms
• Strong document control, information management and governance knowledge
• Confident SharePoint user with experience managing sites, permissions and document libraries
• Power Automate, Power Apps, workflow automation or reporting experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management skills
