As an Educational Youth Worker with Y Community School, you'll mentor, guide, and be a positive role model for students in years 10-12. From in class support to thrilling excursions, you'll collaborate with teachers, leverage technology, and ensure a positive vibe in the classroom. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located at our senior campus in Epping. You’ll enjoy great staff benefits, including:

Relevant qualifications and skills

• Legal right to live and work in Australia.
• Cert IV in Youth Work (or equivalent).
• Current Employee Working with Children Check.
• Police Check (International if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years).
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to obtain).
• Demonstrated experience working with students in an educational setting will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Familiarity with technology to support student learning.
