About the role

Noosa Sports Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a range of casual positions including bar, gaming and other roles. As a vibrant, community-focused club located in the heart of Tewantin, QLD, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests. In this varied role, you will work as part of a friendly team to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all who visit our club.

What you'll be doing

• Providing prompt and friendly service to customers at our bar and gaming areas

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club

• Assisting with the operation of our gaming facilities, including TAB and Keno operations

• Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner

• Adhering to all relevant licencing, safety and security protocols

• Supporting the broader operations of the club as required

What we're looking for

• Passion for providing excellent customer service

• Experience in a bar, gaming or hospitality role (desirable but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
