Site Supervisor (Owner's Representative) - Renewable Energy

Yindili Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a major solar and battery project near Bungendore, NSW.

Working as part of the client-side advisory team, you will monitor construction activities, oversee the EPC contractor’s performance and ensure work is completed safely and in line with the required quality standards. You will also identify issues early and maintain accurate site records.

The project includes a 300MW solar farm, large-scale battery storage and connection to the 330kV transmission network.

To be considered, you will need:

• At least 10 years of site-based construction experience

• Renewable energy construction experience

• Solar farm experience is strongly preferred

• Experience monitoring or overseeing EPC contractors

• Good knowledge of quality, safety and construction documentation

• A White Card and current driver’s licence

• Your own suitable vehicle for site travel

Experience with battery storage, substations, transmission or high-voltage works will be well regarded.

This is a full-time, site-based contract with an immediate start available. The role will generally work Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week. You will need to live locally or be willing to relocate to the Canberra or Bungendore area. A vehicle allowance will be provided.
