💛 About the Role

• Build responsive, nurturing relationships with children

• Lead your room with confidence, creativity, and care

• Support and mentor educators within your team

• Implement engaging learning environments and experiences

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework

🌿 What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• Minimum 1-2 years of early childhood education experience required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

• Ability to create nurturing, engaging environments

• Working with Children Check must be obtained before commencement

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care (minimum requirement)
