Our client is a highly regarded project development business, known for delivering premium commercial and residential projects across Australia. The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their Artarmon based team on a full time basis. You will be the driving force behind the smooth running of the office and a key point of contact for staff, clients and suppliers.

Your core duties will include:

• Processing of timesheets
• Managing the car fleet for staff; insurance and vehicle allocation
• Facilities and supplier management
• Coordination of staff and client events
• Purchasing and coordination of project materials
• Creating new business quote proposals
• Providing general administrative support to two Senior Managers
• Raising invoicing for jobs
• Managing client queries and requests
• Streamlining and implementing internal office processes

About You

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator or Project Coordinator, ideally within a trade or construction environment
• Intermediate skills across MS Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong coordination and administration skills
• The ability to multitask and problem solve
