We partner with venues to help them operate smarter, engage guests, and attract more customers. About the Role.

As a hospitality trainer at Oolio, you will play a key part in helping new customers transition smoothly onto Oolio’s software platforms. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on onboarding, go-live execution, and early-stage adoption. You will guide customers through setup, deliver structured and engaging training, and ensure venues feel confident using our tools from day one. While you will also continue to support them after the launch, your real success measure is how quickly and easily customers adopt Oolio and integrate it into their daily operations.

What We’re Looking For.

• A hospitality lover with a genuine interest in emerging hospo tech.

• Approachable, patient, flexible, and disciplined.

• A natural knack for problem-solving.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows, macOS, Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experienced with hospitality operations and workflows.

• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

• Customer-focused, with a real passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
