Administration Assistant & Lead Intake

We’re an award-winning, fast-growing national franchise specialising in Electrical Test & Tag, Pest Control and Cleaning, with Franchise Partners across Australia and now New Zealand.

This role is based in our Support Centre is based in Adelaide CBD, where our team recruits and supports Franchise Partners and works with new and existing customers. We’re growing quickly and looking for an enthusiastic, talented person to join the team and grow with us!

The Position

We’re looking for a customer service extraordinaire that loves a challenge. No two days are the same, and the right person will be quick on their feet, have a bubbly personality, and be an avid problem solver.

As our Admin Assistant, you keep the office running. From answering lead calls and helping customers solve problems, to gathering their information and connecting them with the right Franchise Partner, you’ll be involved in all sorts of things — including packing and sending stock to our Franchise Partners and making sure the office is stocked, organised and ready for the week ahead.

The role is Full Time 7:00am – 3:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.

Responsibilities includes:

• Answering and directing phone calls and emails from customers, taking details, verifying them and allocating them to the right people.
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Organising stock orders for our Franchise Partners for delivery
• General administration and housekeeping duties

• Confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously while managing phone calls
• Is confident on the phone and knows how to make a great first impression
• Has strong time management and organisational skills
• Builds great relationships and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Is open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve
• Takes ownership of mistakes, learns from them and works proactively to fix them
• Is reliable, positive and happy to jump in and help wherever needed
• Has full rights to work in Australia
