Experienced Production Brewer Required at Moon Dog Brewery!

Moon Dog is keen to find an Experienced Production Brewer who has a drive to produce excellent beers and seltzers. 

This is a full-time permanent role, consisting of 5 x 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday,  generally alternating between morning and afternoon shifts.

Duties of the role include:

• Operation of the brewhouse

• Safe work practices.

• General brewing responsibilities, cellar duties, equipment maintenance and cleaning

• QC/QA/lab

• Providing input to continuous improvement programs

What you will have:

• 2 Years experience as a production brewer in a medium to large craft brewery

• Qualifications in brewing or related discipline is desirable

• Familiar with health and safety, cleaning and sanitation, hygiene, and food safety requirement

• Forklift license is favourable

• Full availability to work across Mon-Fri 6am - 9pm

• Desire to be part of an awesome production team making top notch beers and seltzers
