Production Systems Co-ordinator

About the role

Avida is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Systems Co-ordinator to support our production team and ensure the accuracy and performance of our manufacturing systems and data.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining production systems, supporting day-to-day operations, and working closely with engineering and production teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Support and maintain production systems, including task lists, schedules, and data
• Configure and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Assist production teams with troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
• Work closely with Process Engineers on improvement projects
• Maintain and organise production documentation in SharePoint
• Develop and update work instructions and SOPs
• Support training of team leaders in system use
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping

What we’re looking for

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Clear communication and ability to work across teams
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Exposure to engineering or technical processes (advantageous)
