Estimator – Automotive

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our team in Melville, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and comprehensive completion of vehicle quotations in accordance with Work Provider requirements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all members of the team in order to meet deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate and timely quotation of damaged vehicles
• Managing ordering and receiving of parts to ensure cost effectiveness
• Assist Business Manager and Production Manager with incoming/outgoing vehicles to maximise capacity of the workshop
• Conduct QA inspections to ensure quality repair meets customer expectations

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience within a similar role in the automotive industry
• Attention to detail, with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a busy workshop and achieve service outcomes
• Strong computer system skills and previous experience in ibody, Parts Check or Audanet (ideal)
• Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
• Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
