Curtin Heritage is a not-for-profit provider of residential care, retirement living and home care services. We predominantly provide services to older people living in the western suburbs of Perth.

Curtin Heritage has two retirement communities. Waterfront Cottesloe is a multi-award-winning resort style integrated community overlooking iconic Cottesloe beach. RiverSea Mosman Park is a small garden community located next to Monument Hill in Mosman Park. 

We are also embarking on a new large-scale multi-generational village at the iconic Rocky Bay site in Mosman Park. At Monument Bay we are reimagining how life and care can blend. From independent apartments to supportive living and small household model of dementia care, our community offers a complete pathway – so no one needs to leave home when their needs change. The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Village Manager who enjoys the challenge of working in a consumer-centric environment and helping older people on a day-to day basis.

You will have the best of both worlds. The role is hands on, and you will get to establish close working relationships with each resident and assist in the delivery of resident activities.  You will also have direct input into apartment sales and have an administrative function that will include the coordination of a concierge and a great team of support staff and contractors. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our iconic Monument Bay community. 

You will be based at our Cottesloe beachside community but will be required to travel to our Mosman Park site on a regular basis.

You will have:

·         Experience working as a Village Manager

·         Experience in village sales or real estate

·         An interest in working with older people

·         Computer literacy – all our systems are electronic

·         A current driver’s license

·         A national police clearance - we can help you to get one if you need
