Your New Role   
      
Emposo is scaling fast, and a significant new client win means we need a Technical Delivery Manager to stand up and run delivery for one of our major accounts. This is an initial 6-month max-term contract, reporting directly to the Head of Emposo, with real scope to grow the role and the team around it.  
  
You will be the client's day-to-day delivery partner — initiating and running all Emposo projects for this account, building and leading a delivery team of 4–6 consultants, and turning early-stage ideas into scoped, governed, successfully delivered work.  
  
You will come from a technical delivery background, ideally with Microsoft-stack experience, and have led technology transformation at Manager or Senior Manager level within a Big 4 or equivalent consultancy. You are now looking to trade scale for pace — to be genuinely hands-on, close to the client, and close to the work, inside a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.  
  
This is a rare opportunity to own end-to-end delivery for a major client from day one: shaping the engagement, building the team, and being accountable for outcomes rather than reporting on them. 
  
Responsibilities 

• Own end-to-end delivery of all Emposo projects for a major client account  
• Act as the primary client-facing delivery contact, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels  
• Build, lead and grow a delivery team of circa 4–6 consultants as the engagement scales  
• Work directly with client stakeholders to define requirements, scope project size, and shape the delivery approach  
• Initiate new projects — taking early ideation through to a scoped, resourced, governed piece of delivery  
• Apply strong project management and delivery governance across concurrent workstreams (e.g. finance transformation, CRM, application development, HRIS)  
• Manage delivery risk, quality and reporting, and be the escalation point for delivery issues  
• Collaborate closely with Emposo's sales and presales teams on scoping and proposals for follow-on work  
• Coach and support consultants on the account, setting the standard for delivery excellence  
• Provide regular delivery and commercial reporting to the Head of Emposo  

What You'll Need to Succeed   

• Proven experience leading technology transformation and delivery programs within a Big 4, consulting, or professional services environment. 
• Strong technical delivery background, with Microsoft technologies highly regarded. 
• Experience delivering complex projects across areas such as finance transformation, CRM, application development, or HRIS. 
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, gather requirements, and shape delivery solutions. 
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing delivery teams. 
• Strong project governance, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving client outcomes
