Quarry Worker

The Role

Adbri Quarries has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Quarry Worker to join our team in a permanent full-time position at our Penrose Quarry, NSW.

You will operate a variety of fixed and mobile plant equipment — including loaders, excavators, dump trucks, water carts, service and fuel trucks, and crushing and screening plants. We are looking for a multiskilled operator with proven dump truck and front-end loader experience who thrives in a fast-paced quarry environment and takes pride in doing the job right.

This position involves day or afternoon shift work, Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays as required. You'll be joining a supportive team where safety, reliability and a strong work ethic are genuinely valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks and front-end loaders safely and efficiently
• Operate a range of mobile plant and quarry equipment
• Support crushing and screening operations
• Maintain strong safety and environmental standards
• Complete basic maintenance, inspections and housekeeping
• Undertake general labouring duties as required
• Work effectively as part of a close-knit team

About You

• Experience as a multiskilled operator in quarrying, mining or a similar industry
• Proven dump truck and front-end loader experience
• Current driver's licence
• Current RII/VOC competencies preferred
• Understanding of crushing and screening operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine commitment to safety
