A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations within a fast-paced commercial property environment.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional workplace and customer experiences, strengthen governance standards, and drive operational performance.

You will play an important role in ensuring facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facilities management operationsBuild strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providersDeliver initiatives that support sustainability, ESG outcomes and operational efficiencyLead contractor management, procurement activities and service deliveryMaintain compliance, risk management and governance frameworksManage operating budgets, forecasting and financial reportingFoster strong, service-driven relationships with occupiers and customersProvide leadership, coaching and support to team members where applicable

About You

Proven facilities management experience within a commercial property, corporate real estate or related environmentStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExceptional communication and customer service capabilitySolid technical understanding of building services and statutory compliance requirementsStrong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgetsA proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric leadership style
