About the Role

As a Commercial Leading Hand Plumber, you will be responsible for leading a team on commercial plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will work closely with project managers, apprentices, and clients to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise plumbing teams on commercial projects.

• Read and interpret plans and specifications.

• Coordinate daily site activities and manage workloads.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.

• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.

• Mentor apprentices and support team development.

Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, and project managers.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified and licensed plumber.

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing.

• Previous experience leading a team or acting as a leading hand.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read plans and solve problems on site.

• Current White Card.

• Current driver’s licence.

• Excellent work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
