Head of Strategic Execution Office

The Opportunity 

Lead the Strategy Execution Office as an integrated enterprise function that translates strategy into coordinated plans, prioritised initiatives, disciplined investment decisions, clear performance reporting and measurable outcomes. The role provides leadership across strategic planning, portfolio governance, performance, sustainability, business case discipline, benefits realisation and strategic project delivery to support ELT and Board decision-making.  

The Head of Strategy Execution Office sets direction, governance, prioritisation and escalation pathways.  This role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning Strategy & Planning, Performance & Sustainability, Project Delivery, Knowledge Management & AI, and Business Analysis & Process Improvement. 

About You 

Skills & experience:  

• Significant experience in a senior strategy, portfolio, transformation, performance or enterprise delivery leadership role.  

• Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing strategic projects and enterprise initiative portfolios.  

• Proven experience in business case development, review, governance and investment decision support.  

Qualifications:  

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Commerce or a related field.  

• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline would be well regarded.
