About the role
Corfad Civil and Construction are an established rail construction company, our rail welding division and plant hire sectors are at the forefront of our industry. We have gained a reputation for high quality of work, commitment to safety and client satisfaction.
We are seeking experienced track certifiers, skilled rail aluminothermic welders, welders offsiders and skilled track workers along with machine operators within VIC and SA for an immediate start. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable rail workers who have previous rail industry experience, and can demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
What we are looking for:
Track Certifiers
Aluminothermic Thermit Welders
Skilled Rail Labourer's
Welders off siders
High Rail Operator
Leading Hand/Supervisor
Machine Operators
Compulsory Minimum Requirements:
Required/Mandatory
Rail Industry Worker Card (RIW / MTA Card)
Minimum 2 years experience in Rail
WHS Construction Induction (White Card)
Certificate II in Rail and Infrastructure/ Certificate III (Track cert)
Current Rail Welding Certificates
CAT 3 Medical / CAT 1 Medical
Drivers Licence with own transport
Machine operator Tickets
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment and Rail CAT 3 or CAT 1 Medical, including drug and alcohol testing
Strong commitment to Safety and Teamwork
Rail References to be checked for experience.
