Power Source Solar Batteries is a growing, locally owned Perth solar and energy business specialising in home batteries, solar systems, EV chargers and hot-water heat pumps.

We are looking for a confident, motivated Sales Consultant to join our Neerabup office.

This is primarily an inbound sales role. We generate a steady flow of enquiries through our Facebook, Google and online advertising. Your job is to speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest, understand what they need, recommend the right solution and confidently guide them through to installation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond quickly to new Facebook, Google and website enquiries
• Contact and qualify prospective customers by phone, SMS and email
• Understand customers' electricity usage, goals and property requirements
• Collect electricity bills, switchboard photos and other installation information
• Prepare and present clear solar and battery proposals
• Follow up enquiries and quotes consistently
• Close straightforward sales remotely from the office
• Book qualified appointments for our onsite sales consultant when required
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to confirmed sale
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven sales experience, ideally in solar, batteries, electrical services, home improvements or a similar industry
• Is confident and engaging on the phone
• Knows how to build trust and close a sale without relying on high-pressure tactics
• Is motivated by targets, commission and achieving strong results
• Has excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Is organised and capable of managing multiple leads at once
• Can learn technical products quickly
• Is confident using computers and CRM systems
• Takes ownership of their leads and follows opportunities through
• Works well independently and as part of a growing team

Solar and battery experience is highly regarded, but isn't essential. Training can be provided to the right person with a strong sales background and the right attitude.
