Night Manager - Mercure Newcastle

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Night Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property. This is a part time role with 2 shifts per week working the overnight shift from 11pm - 7am.

What will you be doing?

Complete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where neededCollate paperwork and reports for finance and managementProvide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotels standard of professionalismBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAssist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures
