What will you do?

Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination

More About You

Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment Food Safety Certificate Currently undertaking Level 3 Cookery Certificate, preferredFlexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
