Brand Coordinator - 12 Month Contract

Total Beauty Network is looking for a proactive and highly organised Brand Coordinator to join the team behind INIKA Organic and RAWW Cosmetics on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for a marketer with at least 12 months’ experience who is ready to build their brand experience, take ownership of projects and gain exposure across campaigns, product development and commercial planning.

You’ll work alongside experienced brand leaders while coordinating campaigns, launches, photoshoots, events and day-to-day brand activity.

The opportunity

As Brand Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns from briefing through to launch and reporting
• Keep campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholders on track
• Support brand communications and in-house social media activity
• Coordinate photoshoots, product launches and creative asset development
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support NPD pipelines, forecasting, sales budgets and commercial planning
• Assist with presentations, POS materials and campaign assets
• Coordinate marketing events and trade shows, including occasional travel
• Organise samples, travel, documentation and other project requirements
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the brand team
• Bring fresh ideas and look for better ways of doing things

About you

You’re organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well and have the initiative to keep things moving.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in marketing, brand, communications or a related role
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A collaborative, hands-on approach
• Availability to travel when required

Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG or consumer brands is highly regarded but not essential. An understanding of AI applications within marketing is also a bonus.

Most importantly, you’ll bring initiative, curiosity and a genuine interest in beauty and brand building.
