Membership Sales Consultant

World Gym North Lakes is currently seeking an energetic, high performing, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. 

In this position you'll be selling the best product in the "WORLD" - FITNESS!!

The Role:

As a Membership Sales Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors and Club Manager.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new leads for the club, representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.

What you’ll be doing in this role

• Work effectively as part of a team responsible for the growth of the club

• Strive to meet individual and Team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive gym membership growth.

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through various outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

• Utilise social media platforms creating engaging social media content

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members to encourage retention and loyalty.

• Develop a deep understanding of our Gym's facilities, services, and membership options to effectively communicate value to customers.

• Creating brand awareness within the community

What you need to be successful

• Have at least 1 years experience in a Sales or similar role

• Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional

• Have exceptional communication skills and a fantastic work ethic.

• Be experienced in working to KPI's 

• Be seeking full time work

• Have a passion and knowledge for health and fitness.

• Be a financially motivated person with a natural drive to achieve individual and team goals. 

• Be confident in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.

• Experienced in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreach

• Flexible to work on a team roster, including weekends and evenings.

• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

• Sales training will be provided with more on the job training

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).
