About You...

You’re a motivated New Graduate Occupational Therapist ready to begin your career and make a meaningful impact in the community. You bring developing clinical skills, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be supported every step of the way through structured mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development to help you grow confidence working with diverse and complex needs.

Essential Criteria

• AHPRA‑registered Occupational Therapist — You’ve completed your OT degree and hold (or are eligible for) AHPRA registration.
• Foundational disability knowledge — You bring placement or early‑career exposure to supporting people with disabilities, and you’re eager to build confidence working with more complex needs.
• Developing assessment & intervention skills — You’re ready to learn how to design and deliver evidence‑based OT strategies, supported by structured mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Growing independence within a multidisciplinary team — You’re comfortable learning to manage a caseload while collaborating closely with experienced clinicians who will guide your growth.
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle — You’re able to travel within the community as you develop your practice.
