Known for its refined yet welcoming atmosphere, seasonal menu and warm considered service, Cutler reflects a devotion to superb produce and exceptional dining experiences. As part of the Trader House group, Cutler represents the thoughtful hospitality that defines our venues across the city.

After 14 years as a degustation-led restaurant, Cutler has entered an exciting new chapter and is shifting towards a more dynamic à la carte experience. We’re already seeing renewed interest with full dining rooms, fast-paced services and a real buzz on the floor. As we head into summer, we’re looking to build a strong team to help drive this next phase.

Trader House is a collective of restaurants, bars, and specialty retail stores by Melbourne-based chef, cookbook author and columnist Andrew McConnell and photographer Jo McGann. In 2024, Trader House opened Supernormal and Bar Miette in Brisbane. A new restaurant, Côte Basque, will open in Melbourne in the winter of 2026.
