Role Description This is a casual, on-site Cleaner role based in Adelaide, SA. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across office and facility areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Daily tasks include cleaning kitchens, break rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces, restocking consumables, and managing basic waste disposal and recycling. The role also involves reporting maintenance or safety issues, following health and safety procedures, and using cleaning equipment and products in line with company guidelines. The Cleaner will work closely with site management and team members to ensure a professional and safe environment for staff and visitors.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in commercial or office cleaning, including floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation.Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with attention to occupational health and safety standards.Strong reliability, time management, and ability to follow structured cleaning schedules and checklists.Good communication skills and a professional, respectful approach when working around clients and colleagues.Ability to perform physically active work, including standing for extended periods, lifting light to moderate loads, and handling repetitive tasks.Experience working in facilities, commercial sites, or corporate environments is an advantage.Flexibility to work part-time shifts on-site in Adelaide, SA, and adapt to changing operational needs.Current right to work in Australia; prior experience in the cleaning or facilities sector is highly regarded.
