Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Redland Bay South, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 12 years.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a passionate part-time OSHC educator with a flair for creativity, self-motivated, reliable and has a positive mind set to support the ASC program. The successful candidate will need:

• a Cert III of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• a current and valid Working with Children Check

• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

• experience with the NQF, NQS & MTOP

• an ability to interpret curriculum documents

• effective oral and written communication skills

• full and clean drivers licence

• the ability to work split shifts during school terms

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program.

• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.

• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

• Delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.

• Participate in professional and personal development.

• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
