We’re now looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, grow and inspire high‑performing allied health teams across the Newcastle and Central Coast.
Job Description
As a Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of both people leadership and business performance, making a real impact across NDIS services in the Greater Newcastle/Hunter/Central Coast region.
Leadership & team growth
Lead and develop Team Leaders and multidisciplinary Allied Health teamsCreate a culture of performance, accountability and careSupport recruitment, onboarding and workforce planningCoach leaders to achieve service, quality and financial outcomesHold regular performance and development check‑insBusiness & financial accountability
Own regional budgets and financial performanceMonitor revenue, utilisation and growth targetsPartner with senior leaders to deliver sustainable outcomesRelationships & growth
Build strong referral pathways within the NDIS sectorStrengthen relationships with participants, families and stakeholdersRepresent Ability Action Australia at networking events and industry forumsQuality, compliance & risk
Ensure services meet NDIS, clinical and quality standardsProactively manage risk, compliance and continuous improvementPromote a participant‑first, values‑led approach to service delivery
Qualifications
We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused leader who knows how to balance purpose with performance.
Proven experience leading and scaling high‑performing Allied Health teamsA track record of consistently delivering to set financial targetsBackground in Allied Health Services/ Health Care Services Experience in the NDIS sector desirableClear, confident communicator who builds trust quicklyHighly organised, outcome‑driven and adaptable
