What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the daily kitchen operations at Lake Cathie Manor
• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents while maintaining high standards
• Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver consistent service
• Manage texture modified meals and dietary requirements with care and attention
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance across the kitchen
• Work closely with the site team to create a positive dining experience for residents

About You

• Trade qualified Chef with experience leading a commercial kitchen
• Confident managing a kitchen team and daily operations
• Experience with bulk cooking and large-scale meal preparation
• Understanding of texture modified foods and dietary requirements
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation and consistency
• Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
