We’re expanding! Due to increased business, we’re looking for full-time Branch Managers to lead our teams at our Blacktown Branch

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success. Your leadership will inspire your team, boost performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion exceptional customer service standards

• Drive sales, revenue growth, and branch profitability

• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management

• Lead, coach, and develop a young, vibrant frontline team

• Oversee financial performance, fleet, inventory, and daily operations

• Deliver accurate reporting and performance insights

What You Bring:

We’re looking for confident, commercially minded leaders who take pride in ownership and performance.

You must have:

• Proven car rental industry experience

• Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience, ideally in a multi-site or fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership presence with confidence and self-belief

• A customer-first mindset with strong sales and commercial instincts

• An entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not just an employee

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Flexibility to work across locations and weekends when required
