About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Copyworld in Osborne Park, WA. As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and leading our sales team to success. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will report to the Adelaide based Managing Director while working closely with the Perth based General Manager whilst overseeing day to day sales operations, mentoring , advising and coaching an enthusiastic and developing sales team. You will responsible for the management of house accounts and will be included as a member of the Leadership Team to exchange ideas in business development strategy planning and report on results.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and support to help them succeed
• Analise sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed decisions
• Work with the Service and Admin teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and other networking opportunities
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Recent success in a sales management role, preferably within the Business Solutions space
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems

Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
