The Role

As a Dermal Therapist, you’ll provide personalised skin and body treatments while creating an exceptional experience from consultation through to aftercare.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Performing advanced dermal, laser and body treatments

• Conducting thorough skin consultations and treatment planning

• Recommending appropriate homecare and treatment programs

• Building strong relationships and client loyalty

• Rebooking and working towards achievable performance targets

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and high hygiene standards

• Keeping your knowledge current through regular education and training

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative clinic environment

Treatments Include

• Skin Needling

• Laser Pigment & Vascular Treatments

• Laser Hair Removal

• CoolSculpting / Fat Freezing

• HIFU & Skin Tightening

• Lactic Peels & Resurfacing

• LED Light Therapy

• Advanced Skin & Body Treatments

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:

✔️ 2+ years’ experience as a Dermal or Beauty Therapist
✔️ Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher
✔️ Confidence in consultations and treatment planning
✔️ Strong retail, rebooking and sales skills
✔️ A warm and professional approach
✔️ Excellent presentation and attention to detail
✔️ A genuine interest in skin, aesthetics and new technology
✔️ A positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
