Experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician Wanted

We are a locally owned and operated family business in Beaudesert with a great sense of humour and a genuine commitment to training, mentoring and developing our technicians into confident and capable tradespeople.

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our team for the long term.

The successful applicant will have solid hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including:

• Ducted air conditioning systems

• VRF/VRV systems

• Split systems

• Cool rooms and freezer rooms

• Display fridges and commercial refrigeration

• Ice machines

• Fault finding, servicing and repairs

• Installation and commissioning

 About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven industry experience in air conditioning and refrigeration

• Can confidently diagnose faults and carry out repairs

• Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

• Takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail

• Has good communication and customer service skills

• Holds the relevant trade qualifications and licences

• Holds a current manual driver's licence

• Is reliable, professional and safety conscious

• Has a willingness to learn and develop their skills

• Can pass their knowledge on to our apprentices
