EXPERIENCED SECURITY SERVICE AND COMMISSIONING TECH

Boston Security Services is based in Sth Western Sydney and is a leading Security Systems provider to our state Government with contracts already in place as well as a large commercial clientele.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Security Service Technician to join our team for a role within our Security installation and Service business. The successful candidate must have a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Our services include advanced alarms, intercoms, access control, and CCTV systems for medium to large-sized commercial sites, including the integration of these systems. Security installations are our core business, so you must have considerable experience working on Concept, Integriti, and Tecom Challenger Security Systems.

Minimum of 5+ years' experience with Concept security systems is essential for this role.

Wages will be negotiable, as Boston is seeking a highly motivated, highly skilled, experienced Technician and is willing to pay well over the market rate for the right Technician.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in installation and maintenance of Security Systems, Access control, Intercoms and CCTV solutions.

• A current NSW 2C Security licence.

• A current cabling registration.

• A current OH&S Basic Induction (White card)

• Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Must have Experience

• Solid commercial security industry experience.

• Experienced with Inner Range Security Systems

• Experience with Tecom Challenger Security Systems

• A sound Knowledge of Access control (door controllers/card readers)

• A sound knowledge of CCTV systems (analogue and IP)

• A sound knowledge of Intercom systems (2-wire and IP)

• Experience with LAN, TCP/IP, wireless systems

• Experience with multiple Operating Systems – Windows and Linux.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
