About the role
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic medical receptionist for a busy specialist practice located in the Hollywood Medical Centre, Nedlands.
Key responsibilities
Patient billing and bookings
Answering phone calls and email enquiries
New patient booking and confirmation, entering patient details in practice software
Scanning and saving patient referrals and other documents
Open/close the office
Leave cover for other reception staff when required
About you
Experience with Medical Director/PracSoft or Best Practice preferred
Reliability is imperative
Ability to work efficiently and multi-task
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and high motivation
References required
Own transport required
