About The Role

We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our community-based team, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

With a strong NDIS and disability focus, you'll work directly with clients in their homes, schools and local communities, supporting them to achieve meaningful communication, participation and independence outcomes.

You'll have the flexibility to develop a diverse caseload aligned with your clinical interests and experience across adult and paediatric settings.

Your Responsibilities May Include

Assessment and diagnosis of communication disordersSpeech, language and social communication interventionsAssessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC solutionsDevelopment, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plansFunctional communication assessmentsParent, caregiver and stakeholder educationCollaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitionersCommunity, home, school and other relevant settingsSupporting clients to achieve functional goals in their everyday environments

About You

We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients and continue developing their clinical expertise.

You Will Have

A degree in Speech PathologySPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist statusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent driver's licence and access to a vehicleWorking With Children Check and National Police CheckAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
