We’re currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join our close-knit team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in real estate.

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio

• Coordinate and attend routine inspections, entry and exit inspections

• Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure a high level of customer service

• Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and documentation

• Support in coordinating repairs and maintenance requests with tradespeople

• Manage rent collections and follow up arrears under supervision

• Ensure compliance with ACT tenancy legislation

• Maintain accurate records and files in our property management system
