We are growing our Housekeeping team and looking for friendly, reliable people to join us.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel’s high standards
• Make beds, change linen and towels, and refresh rooms for our guests
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean bathrooms
• Replenish toiletries, amenities and other guest supplies
• Keep corridors and public areas clean and tidy as required
• Restock housekeeping carts and linen rooms
• Report maintenance issues, damages and lost property
• Work efficiently and independently, while supporting your team to get rooms ready on time
• Deliver friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and hotel security procedures

This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the day, moving between guest rooms, bending, reaching, lifting and pushing a housekeeping trolley. You’ll need to be comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and working at pace while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Like to keep things clean and organised
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for most of the shift
• Can work in a busy fast-paced environment
• Available for different shifts
