Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project plans and specifications.

• Manage and grow your portfolio of commercial clients, leveraging existing relationships and generating new opportunities.

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather measurements.

• Build strong partnerships with architects, contractors, and facility managers.

• Present tailored flooring solutions to clients and close sales to meet targets.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.

• Complete and submit tenders for commercial flooring jobs.

• Proven experience in commercial flooring and building estimation — essential.

• Established commercial clientele and strong industry relationships.
